What are your
three 1d6 favourite Ameritrash games?
EDIT:
Due to the brilliant intervention of
Joe Reil
United States Barre Vermont
you now get to roll 1d6. No cheating now.
p.s. I chose d6 because the average is closest to 3... redshark92 is clearly overpowered with his d10
p.p.s. Take that, wargamers! (Of which I am also one )

Old post:
My all-time fave. If I could only keep one game it'd be this or Napoleon's Triumph.
Summoner Wars (if considered Ameritrash) is seriously threatening the #3 spot!

I know that there might be those who disagree with my last choice, saying that a CCG can't be Ameritrash (it's not even tagged as such).
But let's look at it -
Player to player conflict? check Theme? double check Luck? check. A whole cartload of expansions? Check, check, check...........
Ameritrash.

We share 2 out of 3 top picks, and TI3 would've been my 4th pick.

Only three? Impossible! In the spirit of true AT! I shall roll a d10 and list that many games (if it's three or less I'll just list three!)
1d10 = (7) = 7
EDITING post now (need to see the result)...
Here are are, in no particular order are some of my favorites:
Last Night on Earth: The Zombie Game
Descent: Journeys in the Dark
Battlestar Galactica
Fury of Dracula
War of the Ring
Mutant Chronicles: Siege of the Citadel
Space Hulk (third edition)
And there are probably 5 or 6 more I could think of without trying...

RedShark92 previously rolled 1d10 = (7) = 7
EDITING post now (need to see the result)...
But you could've rolled a 1! Or even a 0 depending on the rules!
The drama! The suspense! The... AMERITRASH!!

I rolled a D6 and rolled a 6! No cheating either. Used one of the dice from Lemony Snicket's The Perilous Parlor Game.
It was already spread out on the desk. Otherwise I'd have used some more manly dice.
And yet I notice that everyone else is only putting down 3, except for that dirty, dirty cheater Redshark92 so I suppose I should only put down 3 so as not to make everyone else feel bad with insane jealousy.
My three favorite Ameritrash, in order:
Honorable Mention goes to BattleTech and Crimson Skies which would have been slots 2 and 3, but they're apparently considered (only?) wargames here rather than "thematic". I guess I can see it, but there are really a lot of games that don't fit into just one category, methinks.

You are not brought upon this world to get it!

1d6 = (4) = 4

Damo
Australia Hobart Tasmania
Plastic & Shiney!
Don't try this in a B-17!

What he said! And.... it's a 5! Which is still a hard choice (luckily I play Global AA 1940 and so can squeeze in AA Europe with AA Pacific ).
My favorites are: with and
with all the expansions but I'm not going to put all their pictures in.
with and

And there's still some unmentioned on the shelf - Fortress America, World of Warcraft, Warlords of Europe and War of the Rings..
Lots of great box art there.

1d6 = (2) = 2
Earth Reborn
Space Alert
These are my favourites at the moment. It's hard to pick just two, as with 'thematic games' I like to try lots of different things and I quickly tired of one game if played too much.

Very sneaky, you got in 10 box covers there

I'd class Battletech as Thematic, personally.
It currently has 21 votes:

Now it has 6 thematic, for all the good it does.
Great game!

You were supposed to be helping it further infiltrate the Strategy Games section!

(Just kidding... I've voted thematic for all my AT games)
