A few additional corrections/comments:
p.1 Amend copyright date in the footer to "2012" and throughout the rulebook. Table of Contents - change "Example of Play" to "Sample Turn" to match the heading in the rulebook.
p.3 2.1.9 - amend "8.4.6" to "8.4.7" based on the fact that there are two sections numbered 8.4.6. illustration - amend "Setup" to "Set Up". illustration - "Support Markers" instead of "Support Point Markers" (they're referred to as Support Markers throughout the rules). illustration - lower case 'f' in "Front".
p.4 Event Card illustration - include reference to silver star: "Ops Value (Color of star indicates Communist (Red), Democrat (Blue) or both sides (Silver)." 2.2.2 (which should be 2.3.2) second bullet point - Leaders: "correspond to a certain type of space".
p.6 4.5.2 - would remove last sentence before bullet points as this has already been stated in 4.2.
p.7 6.2.3 - is it worth making it clear that the Phasing Player does not need to have SPs in the space, or even adjacent? 6.2.4 - Remove the final bullet point (just the bullet point, not the words).
p.8 Insert section 6.2.6 "If the modified die roll is equal to or less than the doubled Stability Number, the Support Check fails and there is no effect."
p.9 Example, paragraph 2 - the opening words are reversed - amend to "On a later Action Round that Turn...." 7.6.3 - this section is confusing as the 'The Tyrant is Gone' card specifically states that it "Requires play of The Crowd Turns Against Ceausescu." However, here it suggests that if it's played first then it is simply resolved after the Romanian Scoring Card is played; no requirement of The Crowd Turns Against Ceausescu.
p.10 8.0 - 5.Scoring - replace "9.1" with "9.3". 8.1.1 "Shuffle all of the cards in the Power Struggle..." 8.1.1 - remove the final bullet point (but not the words).
p.11 8.3.2 - Amend section heading to "Power Struggle Rounds". 8.3.2 Step 1, third bullet - "...and begin a new Power Struggle Round...." 8.3.2 Note - "Proceed immediately to the Aftermath of the Power Struggle (8.4)."
Sample Turn p.25 - "position" is incorrectly spelled as "positon".
That's it so far. However, what I haven't listed are the numerous inconsistencies in initial capitals in words such as Turn, Track, Event, Power Struggle, Action Round, etc. Strategy card titles are variously in Roman, italic, quotes, without quotes, etc. Note that the cards often use Democratic where the rules simply use Democrat. Also all placenames that require diacritical marks are missing them in the rules (but not on the map).

More comments/corrections:
RULES
p.13 10.0 - make "1989" italic 10.1 - first bullet point: amend "automatic victory" to "Automatic Victory" for consistency 10.2 - "Verify Helds Cards" (it's plural in the Turn Sequence)
CARD NOTES
As previously mentioned with regard to place names, all diacritical marks are missing from any names of people that require them. There are several abbreviations which have periods (T.V., G.D.R., S.E.D., etc). I usually proofread them without periods (elsewhere the rules have KGB, CDU, etc).
1. (last line) "...so weak that it had to surrender..." 3. (last line) "...the second half of the 20th century" 4. "roundtable" should be two words ("round table") or at least hyphenated ("round-table") - see 17 below 7. "...with the Polish press generally speaking the most freely..." 12. make "1989" italic 14. make "1989" italic 17. ROUNDTABLE should be two words or hyphenated (also later in the text). However note that this is the format of the heading on the card. If changes are made, note other instances in 7.3.1 (x2), 8.3.2 (x2) and Card Notes #4 (see above). 17. "In game terms this event was drawn and played several times in 1989" - should this be present tense ("is drawn")? Also make 1989 italic. 18. (last line) "...Leonid Brezhnev was turning over in his grave." 37. remove hyphen in "re-interment" 42. amend country name to all capitals for consistency (see cards 22 and 23) 43. amend country name to all capitals for consistency (see cards 22 and 23) 47. apostrophe before "80s" 48. replace "East" with "Eastern" 51. make the suffix in the card name all capitals ("40TH" not "40th") 54. amend "the 21st" to "December 21st" 55. amend country name to all capitals for consistency (see cards 22 and 23) 58. remove hyphen from card title "RE-OPENED" to match the card name 71. delete the extra period after G.D.R. (unless you remove all periods from abbreviations) 77. replace "recopied" with "re-copied" 77. amend "Samizdat" to "samizdat". I'm in two minds as to whether this should be used as a modifier rather than on its own (i.e. "samizdat publications"). Note "samizdat" is also used in card note #7 82. should "spitzel" be plural in this context? (spitzel = spy, so spitzels = spys?) 88. (last sentence) replace "Adamek" with "Adamec" 90. name and title reversed: change to "Cardinal Frantisek Tomasek" 95. amend country name to all capitals for consistency (see cards 22 and 23) 97. amend "the 21st" to "December 21st" 105. add comma after first word ("Historically") 108. amend "the 21st" to "December 21st" 110. amend "new world order" to "New World Order"
SAMPLE TURN
Throughout would add initial capitals to "action round" - i.e. "Action Round"
p.24 Communist Strategy Hand - amend "Fidesz" to "FIDESZ" (bottom of column 1) "Poznan" not "Posnan"
p.26 Turn 1, Democrat action round 1 (first bullet point) add asterisk to the beginning of the sentence and delete the asterisk in brackets (for consistency) (third bullet point) delete hyphen in "pre-requisites" Turn 1, Communist action round 3 delete "#1" for consistency
p.27 (first Comment) "Poznan" not "Posnan" Turn 1, Democrat action round 3 (fourth bullet point) "Ploiesti" not "Ploesti" (top of column 2) "Poznan" not "Posnan" Turn 1, Communist action round 4 delete "Card: #63" (for consistency - note that this is the wrong card number anyway - should be #19)
p.28 (bottom of column 1) "Poznan" not "Posnan" (top of column 2) make card text italic (for consistency)
p.29 (Comment below illustration - column 1) "Budapest" not "Budapesst" (top of column 2) delete "#21:" (for consistency - note that this is the wrong card number anyway - should be #22) (second Comment) amend comma after Gdansk to a closing bracket (second Comment) "Poznan" not "Posnan" "Democrat Battle Hand" - should this be "Democrat Power Struggle Hand"?
p.30 "Communist Battle Hand" - should this be "Communist Power Struggle Hand"? (middle of column 1) should "...discards 3 Battle Cards.." be "...discards 3 Power Struggle Cards..."?
p.31 (bottom of column 1) change "+1 VPs" in the card text to "+1 VP" (bottom of column 1) add asterisk to first bullet point
As before, there are numerous inconsistencies in initial capitals in words such as Western, Elite, Church, etc.
Unless you're out of time, I'll have a quick look at the cards and pass on any corrections.
