Picky question on evading before interception.

10.0 says "you cannot evade and then attempt to intercept with a DIFFERENT army". I assume this also counts for the SAME army.

e.g., Parliament plays a campaign card. Essex moves to Oxford, Rupert evades from Oxford to Warwick. Still using the campaign card, Waller moves through Gloucester, adjacent to Warwick. Can Rupert try to intercept?

Umm... they are separate activations of Armies, so I would say Yes and allow Rupert to attempt to intercept Waller

My emphasis in bold
9.7.1 WHEN CAN AN INTERCEPTION OCCUR?
An Interception can occur when an Activating Army enters an Area adjacent to an enemy Army. An Army cannot Intercept into an Area that contains Brigades of its own side. Each non-Activating Army can attempt to Intercept only once per enemy General Activated, and only one Army can attempt to Intercept an enemy General in any one Area he enters.

I agree with Tim, probably the rule was thought to avoid a player evading with a weaker army and then intercepting the same attacking army with a different stronger army.
