playing our 1st game tonight; 6 players...now, after placing the 6 properties...if player 1 bids, and then players 2 and 3 pass...do players 2 and 3 take the least val property right now, or after the 1st round of bidding is completed? if only player 1 bids, and 2-6 all pass...would we simply have player 2 take least val, then player 3 least val left (after 2 has rec'd his/her prop), and then player 4, etc., etc.? thanks...

You have it correct...whenever a player passes, they immediately take the lowest remaining property (and pay half of any bid they made earlier in the round to the bank).
For this reason, player 2 will often want to place a small bid in hopes that one or two other people will pass before it gets back around.
