Over on the FFG forums, somebody has finally got FFG to clarify the Balka LOS rules.
LOS of a unit in a Balka to another unit IS reciprocal (so if a unit cannot see a unit in a Balka hex, the unit in the Balka hex can also not see the first unit).

Well done. I only sent one. Still, it's only a year since the game was published, you can't expect TOO much urgency.
