Does that include the town that the good started from?
Example: Good starts in a town... you move the good south through another town and back around through the starting town to a town up north. Would that be considered once or twice through a town?
Is that allowed?

Page 12: "You cannot return the cube to the city where it started, and you cannot move it into or through the same city more than once on its journey." So, no: you cannot move a cube through its starting city, as it would be touching the city twice.
