I'm unclear on the rules for agent placement in districts. Can I only place one agent in a single district once per turn? Or can I place as many agents in a single district in a single turn if I want? Can I place all four cards, if they are all agents, in the same district on my turn? Thanks for the help.

On your turn, you play (or discard) one card only. Then the player to your left plays (or discards) one card, etc. When it comes back to your turn, you play one card again, and then the player to your left, and this cycle continues until everyone is out of cards. At that point you resolve all stakes. Does this make sense?

I get that, but I'm wondering if I can play all four cards to the same district on my play turns. Like on my first turn I play an agent to one of my districts. My next play turn I want to play another agent to that same district. Can I do that or can I only play one agent to a single district each round of play?

Note the rules say "any".

There is nothing in the rules saying anything about playing an agent being restricted to stakes you have not already played an agent to this turn.

Simply, only one card may be placed at one time on any stake. Subsequent turns another card may be placed on the same stake to augment his attempt. I hope this helps a bit.

Also, if you couldn't, most if not all stakes would be impossible for any player to win.
