Question on Winning the Game. Does 'Cash on Hand' at the end of the Game count toward VP's? The rules make it appear that you only move VPs up for 'Points of Income', but doesn't specifically indicate anything for 'Cash on Hand'.... I am assuming 'Cash on Hand' doesn't count, but wanted to confirm.

Thanks

Cash in hand is useless, don't take shares if you don't need them!

I once met a native of this island and asked him, "Does 'Bal' mean yes?" He replied, "Bal."

In fact, it is against the rules to move down on the income track to get more money unless you need it to pay for something at that time.
