Well this is embaressing - so I finally started uploading my pictures of my box of ... well my box...and like half of the pictures will not upload to the geek. I have tried pretty much everything to get them to work, but for whatever reason it just doesn't like them. And of course, my wife has since deleted the pictures on the camera itself.

So...instead of doing nothing, I will now show you a rough timeline of the action, with some gaps...I guess in a way...it is more frightening...

Here we go...and I am very sorry Bob.

A fantastic pile of gifts...of questionable but authentic tastes.

I, for one, will never look at a horse the same way again.

Thanks BoB - you rock.

Sorry I was a tad slow. I just moved across the country and started a new job. Any way it wasa great package.

Every thing was nicely wrapped and I didn't think to take pictures till after opening....oops:'(

any way, first I was greeted with a gift of warning.

"Its dangerous out there. Take this"

I didn't know what to expect at all in this exchange.

Included were snacks to help me open the rest.

After the snacks I proceeded to the next item....a PnP game!!

Next a pocket size game of sorry sliders...

And lastly, my reminder that BOB is always watching....

It's my roommate's puppy (only 3 months), but he just moved out. So that dog is no longer in my home. It was really fun to watch those two play, though!

The box sat there on my floor. Taunting me. I waited for the weekend so that I could open it without other distractions. I thought that I would be fine. I'd be able to overcome any horrors that may reside within this tightly wrapped package of pure evil. What I found within was so unspeakable that it's taken me a week to recover to the point of even speaking of it.

The dog is curious but also cautious. He wisely keeps his head down to avoid any projectiles that might burst forth when I open the package. He has a sullen, fearful look on his face and it sparks a feeling of dread in my gut. What I have I gotten myself into?

Ah hah! Packing peanuts! I knew it. This package is so evil that it contains components that cannot biodegrade properly and will be harming the environment long after my imminent demise. Diabolical!

What's this? Someone has obviously been observing me closely. They know that I've been playing Star Wars: The Old Republic recently. This is a 3D kids party game, kind of like Pin the Tail on the Donkey but way cooler. "This is pretty neat!" I thought. Little did I know that it was a clever ploy designed to make me lower my guard. It worked.

What's this? Groovy death? Is this just a random knick-knack? No! It was a sign. A sign that this package would soon devour the soul of all who looked upon it. The goofy afro and garish colors of Death's cloak indicated that I would die in the most absurd manner possible. There was even a little groovy doggy grim reaper to take my canine pal. At this point, the terror was palpable.

And then it started. Like a menagerie of all of my worst nightmares, the gifts took a sinister spin! Words can not describe how much I loathe High School Musical. This must be hell if I am destined to wake to this horrible music every day! I was too scared to actually test it out but I imagine the the clock would work in one of two ways -- Either the sound would be so horribly boring that it would fail to wake me up at all, or it would be so infuriating that I would destroy the foul device upon its first use. At this point I was begging the great squirrels for forgiveness. What can I do to atone for my wrongs and avoid this horrible fate?!

xoq ʞunɾ? What's a xoq ʞunɾ? This must be demonic writing. As I continued my decent into rodent Hades I was presented with this evil box. What could be inside?

Ah, whew. It's just dice. This one was lost on me (thankfully). After all the suffering so far I was granted a brief reprieve by my ignorance. Does anyone know what these dice are for? They all have one red side, one blue side, and one green side and the other three sides (2,3,4) are unpainted.

And then BoB crossed the line. This is the gravest of insults. Yes. That cheeky squirrel sent me his own nutsack! It's power was compelling. I didn't want to stare at it, but I couldn't bring myself to look away. This is the product of a very twisted mind.

Ugh... I must be hallucinating at this point... Now the clowns are coming out. This guy looks pretty innocent but his smug expression concerns me. I'm sure that the statue is just waiting for me to fall asleep before he comes to life and attacks me.

See? He already killed his cohort! Perhaps this guy was trying to warn me? A rogue agent whose conscience got the better of him and he tried to warn me of the horrors to come. But the other clown got to him first. Now I may never know that vital piece of information that may save my life.

I lowered my ear towards the dismembered doll in the hopes of catching a faint whisper. "What is it? What did you want to tell me?!" His cold, sad face stared silently back at me. Lifeless. "I must be doomed," I thought.

After piecing together all of the clues I have arrived at the conclusion that my BoB is none other than...

I am pleased you enjoyed the clowns...they had been haunting my childhood for years.

I am doubly pleased that the second one met his much deserved fate in transit...

Oh and the clock? That's the exact moment you will die - you just don't know what day...

So, uh... are the dice painted for a specific reason? The closest that I can think of is that they would make good Shadowrun dice.

I have in the last few days received some additional items. It's not Blatantly Obvious where these items came from (I was asked if I'd been spending money without putting it in the budget!), and I considered calling the company they shipped from to make sure there wasn't a mistake.

So there are no unveiling pics. However, here's what came:

Package 1 contained:

Snit Smashing and Snits' Revenge
Food Fight
Outburst Bible Edition

An interesting selection...

Package 2 contained:

Stuff from ThinkGeek - Finger Sporks (exactly what they sound like), rolobox - wheels that you can attach to a cardboard box to make it wheel-able, Box Rivets - a box or large plastic rivets that you can use to rivet cardboard boxes together, some Super Mario Gummies, and a book of Geek Projects. Certainly some WTF in there.

Package 3 contained:

Wow! Thank you very much, Mystery BOB person!
I'd been wanting The BoardGameGeek Game, but as there were things higher on my list so budget was going towards them, and with the limited supply, I figured I'd probably missed out. So thank you for this! Now I have to find my (older) avatar on it. I know it's there.
I also got some promo items - some stickers for my carcassonne, some blank Dominion cards, the Dominion Governor promo, and the Fluxx BGG promo.

There's a funny story about the Governor promo. I had recently purchased it. It arrived, but I hadn't had time to sleeve it and add it to my Dominion set, and then I discovered a friend whose birthday was imminent had recently found Dominion and loved it. She's not really a "gamer" though, so as far as I know isn't on BGG. So, Governor seemed like a great idea for a gift. She loved it (and the people she plays with will say "'Ello Guv'nah" in a bad English accent, every time they use it). I get ready to replace it, and learn that it's one per customer. Boo! I'm figuring out someone who wouldn't want it and have them order it on my behalf, and this arrives!

So thank you very much!

OK, I'll 'fess up. I'm Timmy's Bob II. I'm really sorry for the lateness and the disorganisation.

I volunteered as a surrogate Bob, and fairly early in the piece Bob I asked me to help out because they were going to be late (or at least I thought that's what they meant, I didn't realise they weren't sending anything). So I sent Justin, but he was never intended as a full Bobbing. After your disppointment rant (the reason for "snits" and "outburst") I re-interpreted Bob I's cry for help and figured I should have sent more - but given how late it already was I ordered things from the USA instead of sending from here - which made the blatantly obvious bit difficult. Had I realised from the start what I was being asked, I'd have done a better job of it.

You asked for "family friendly", but I had trouble finding any details on the family, so I guessed there might be young-ish children involved. Or possibly cats. Either way, the box toys were for them.

So apart from the blatantly obvious bit I hope I covered all bases - something you wanted, something to give you the heebie-jeebies, some chit-chat related stuff, and some wtf.

I went to the post office, and there was a pink and rosy parcel waiting for me.
It had nearly lost one of it's address sheets, but it still made it over the ditch.

It was a most impressive group of bobmess gifts (I'm afraid the attempted feline boobytrap didn't go off though)

Thankyou heaps for a bobmess gift that must have taken some getting together. I'll post pics tomorrow. (wife's birthday tonight)

Since you mentioned cats I thought that it might be wise to get the expert to look over the box first. You can never be too careful.

Once it had past its inspection I started the opening. Unfortunatly I think customs had a peep first, because the cunningly rigged cat in a sack trap had already been tripped. There is probably a traumatised customs agent out there.

The fold out sunnies are groovy, but I wish I could remember the naughty deed that earnt me the bit of coal. If it was fun I probably wouldn't mind doing it again.

Next to emerge were some truly bobworthy fashion items.

Yup my self shooting skills are pretty poorblush

I can't wait to try the guitar shirt, although my wife didn't seem too keen on the idea.laugh Hmmm, I think the welsh shirt may be something of a clue to who the person bobing me is.

Next out were a variety of dice.

Complete with two teams of defenders.

Unfortunatly for the green team they set up base around the catnip mouse.

This lead to them suffering a devastating tabby coloured attack. Oh the humanity.

More goodness emerged.

Interesting box it all came in. When I told my wife that it must have originally contained fashion items for aliens I got the 'look'.

Many goodies. Including Aragorn, Legolas, and Gimli miniatures. Who could they be chasing after?

A quick look inside the Australian Menagerie game revealed the feral cat you threatened me with.

nicely done

And lastly I found some reading material, and some eating utensils.

I finally have a spork to call my own. And so does the wife.

Unless I have completely misread the clues (and if I have I'm sorry) I owe a very big, big thankyou to

It contained a fashion item for my SO. He's a bit of a gadget freak. Gotta have the latest toys.

Edit: and he's not an alien. I'm closer to being an alien than he is, in much the same way as Sting is.
Woh-oh, I'm an alien. I'm a legal alien, I'm a Ca-na-di-an in Perth...
