I've often wondered if theres a game that plays verry similar to dungeoneer with a 1 major exception.
A more advanced dice mechanic.

Of course many think 'D&D' D20; But I'm thinking of a D6 Dice pool with a pass/fail target number and variance. That way its standard dice.

Perhaps more in depth story based Quest and 'random events' that occur across the board. Perhaps Numbered 'Roming' monsters or some such??

Im mainly just curious about something with a better die mechanic.
I still love the mapping cards and characters. Just... eh.

Dungeon Run may be the game you're looking for. Haven't played it, but i's getting good reviews as a light dungeon crawl, like TotLL.
