#8 - Monza
Playtime : 11 rolls/lap min. - Quickest circuit to play.
Corner Stops : 8
Rain : 20%
Popularity : 4th most played circuit on Formula Dé Online.

Race start :
On this circuit the place on the start line has no particular advantage in the first turn.

Focus 1:
The first straight is slightly too long to be crossed in a single 5th gear roll (only 20% chance). So it is necessary to overshoot the first turn (2 stops, 13-7) most likely in 5th gear on the first stop in that turn. Doing that makes also possible to attempt the crossing the straight in a single 6th gear roll but it might overshoot and cost some tires again.

Focus 2:
Similar situation as focus 1, overshooting the 4th corner is necessary to cross that 18 space straight in a single 5th gear. Exiting the 3rd corner (1 stop, 7-3) in 5th gear will achieve that.

Focus 3:
Same situation again with almost the same odds ; the 5th turn (2 stops, 13-8) need to be overshoot to make it to the next corner. As in focus one, one option is also to pass 5th gear on the first stop in that 2 stops turn to cross in 6th Gear.

Focus 4:
Here again same situation and same odds but this time in 6th gear where some overshooting is necessary to cross the 28 spaces pit straight in a single roll. This will also cost a gas to downshift to the 2 stops corner. So attacking here is less appealing particularly as many tires are used in a turn for all the overshooting and pit stop for new tires is probably the best option.

Car config :
Rather straight forward : hard tires and a lot of them for the overshooting. Unless you feel particularly lucky and attempt the 3 30% chances crossing attempt in soft tires.
