I was happily surprised when I was able to get Itami for the same price as the other standard figs, and just assumed it was because of Black Friday. It arrived today, and it's the same size as any of the other standard guys.

I figured he was going to be at least as big as Zor'ka, if not Asteros.

Am I a man or am I a muppet? If I'm a muppet then I'm a very manly muppet!

Itami isn't the upcoming Epic figure... that's Natalya.

For the Matriarchy. I thought Itami was the epic for the Shogunate.

Nope, Itami was always just a plain hero.

But Hoss and Hoax were originally "legendary" figures before FFG bought the IP and removed that character type form the game.

wow I mean, they have awesome powers and all, and maybe I sound like someone who's WAY too easily amused by shiny stuff, but when I hear legendary or epic, I expect bigger.

Thanks for shining a light on that, though. It makes sense, though now I'm bummed because I wanted Itami to be twice as big.

I'll be using a cheap DM Oni Night Haunter instead, at least cosmetically.
