Congratulations Juan!

Some questions for you:

d10-1 I see you have some experience playing video games and RPG. Do you still play? What are your favorites?

d10-2 What are your favorite games to play with your family?

d10-3 What do you like best about where you live?

d10-4 Do you have a grail game you would like to get?

d10-5 What is your favorite part of the BGG?

Have a great and well deserved week!

Thank you Troy

d10-1 I used to play videogames and RPGs much more than I do now. So my favorites are really out of date. I very much liked Alternity (RPG) and the Jagged Alliance series.

d10-2 My wife is a Carcassonne master, and I very much enjoy her beating me every single time kiss If we include my 2-year old boy, Don't Break the Ice is a blast meeple. There's always time for Ubongo with my in-laws

d10-3 People. But that happens me everywhere!

d10-4 Gulf Strike but really, is more about getting the grail-player to play it with soblue

d10-5 That's a tought one! Right now, I must say the GotW thread! laugh But seriously, I enjoy participating in the "geeklists for a cause" that usually spawn here. I've learned of many nice people there (more on that next week whistle )

d10-8 Around 1 AM, not sure that counts as "day" zombie
d10-9 Probably whatever alien leader they encounter goo

Well deserved nomination!

What's the best thing about Buenos Aires?

I once heard, while on a trip around Mexico, that Argentinians "son los gringos del sur". Now, I have to add that this comes from the same person that mentionned that canadians were "los mexicanos del norte", so he might have been a little confused . Any comments?

You seem to have a pretty varied collection of games, with Euros and wargames both rated highly. If you had to choose only one game from your collection, (instead of 10 ) what would it be?

Enjoy your week!

Thanks Sam

The best (and worst sometimes) thing about Buenos Aires is the people. Other than that, but closely related to, is the experience. Like travelling to Nepal, but in a more urban, sensual, cosmopolitan kind of way

There is some folklore about Argentina being a country of european inmigrants. But that was about a century ago. The cool thing here I think is that there are no gringos. Everyone is different and everyone is the same. So refering to people by their race or creed is not really frowned upon. You won't find that around the globe very often.

That would be Ys. I like smart euro games with a bluffing aspect. devil

Have fun this week and may you play many games.

Thank you mighty Barad!

Yes, I've been playing RPGs now and then for 20 years now.

I use RPG geek mostly as a reference, but I'm not a regular visitor.

I'm afraid I can't commit to that, since I don't hang much around there. But I would undoubtly if I meet them in person! RPGGeek sounds soo cool! (no offense VGG )

Hey, Congrats from a fellow blue white blue cultist.

I have some questions for you:

d10-1 If you have to choose 3 companies where it would be ideal to publish one of your games which ones would they be ?

d10-2 What would you consider would be the ideal game ?

d10-3 When creating games what do you consider first: MECHANICS, THEME, TARGET AUDIENCE, BUDGET or any other feature ?

d10-4 Do you create games on demand ?

d10-5 Would you create an Ameritrash if hired or do you prefer to build EUROs or EUROtrash ?

d10-6 If you have to choose 3 Ameritrash games and 3 Euros, which ones will you pick ?

d10-7 What is your favorite game designer ?

d10-8 What are your 3 favorite Ameritrash and 3 favorite Euros ? Why ?

d10-9 And the last one: Do you know where does Cthulhu sleep ? goo

Congratulations Juan! You do a great job spreading the word on board games in South America.

Quick questions:

- Boca o River?
- Gardel o Rata Blanca?
- Kramer o Wallace?
- Playing board games with just your friends once a month or playing board games on parties or conventions with loads of people weekly?

Congratulatons, Juan!

A couple of questions from me, then:

I see by your microbadge that you are rated "R". Do pastors in Argentina usually work "blue"? (an English idiom for "swear a lot"). That might be a way to increase congregation size: You hold an "adults only" mass on Sunday nights, and talk about all of the dirty bits in the bible.

Is Buenos Aires really as beautiful as I think it is? What's the weather like, during the year?

Thank you Mabby

I'm rated R because I don't sell boardgames to minors. As a father, I can understand parents not wanting their kids dealing online with a stranger, so I support that kind of attitude.

I won't comment on pastors because it may reveal the three misterious facts about me. ninja I'm not sure I would comment on that terms anyways.

I don't know how beautiful Buenos Aires is, but you'll probably love it nonetheless We don't have snow-covered winters or sun-burning summers, it's like an year-long autumn. Ideal for walking around the city, visiting places and hanging around here and there with your friends/SO having a coffee with tostados or a beer with picada day and night.
