I picked this up the other day and when I was trying to remove the flag from the base I accidentally snapped it off (it looks like it was glued into the base). Any suggestions for how I could glue the flag back on?

What I did was this: Ask FFG for a replacement blue banner creature flag (so it wasn't broken). Borrowed a small hand drill and drilled out the broken piece clear through the bottom of the base. I left the hole the same size as it should have been so I can just put the banner in and take it out when I please.

If they don't have spares, the other option is to still drill a smaller hole and use something like a piece of paper clip to hold it in place. Given the clean break, I assume it will be very difficult to glue it in place with just the two plastic pieces. It might stay for a while but will get snapped again too easily.

Just glue it with superglue. If you have painted it, pass a bit of sand paper and paint it over... Just an idea

Thanks ColtsFan. Reading your post I realized that glue was probably not the permanent solution I wanted. So I drilled the hole and emailed FFG. Unfortunately they are out of replacement flags. So I took an x-acto knife to the base of the flag and carefully whittled a small notch out of the plastic. The flag fits perfectly and is only 1/8 inch shorter than the other creature flags--not even noticeable. Thanks again for the suggestion!
