First dogma: draw and score a card of value equal to a bonus that occurs more than once on your board.
With all other "draw" dogmas, you draw to the next highest card if said card is not available.
If I do not have two bonuses that occur more than once, do I get to draw and score the next highest card, which would be a 1 or the next highest available?

If it says "Draw", you go up to the next higher available card.

I think Andy's question was more regarding what happens if you don't have any bonus which occurs more than once.
Do you not get to draw? Or do you draw from the "0" stack (and thus from the "1" stack, which is the next available).
I believe that it's the former (you don't meet the conditions so you don't draw).

Ah, I misread that. You don't get a draw if you don't have any matching values.

Hmm, note that this is different than if the card said "Equal to the highest bonus" or something along like that. With this wording, if you don't have any bonus the highest one is 0.
So yeah, it's a bit of an inconsistency.
