Now that D-day Dice's Kickstarter project has ended (with resounding success, congratulations!), when will we get to see the commercial version of AimP going up on Kickstarter or preorder?

If AimP is going to be anything like D-day dice's campaign, I am surely going to back it from the very first second. I've also heard that it is possible we will get both thick cardboard tiles and a pocket sized tuckbox version? Sounds awesome...

Well, I really don't think an ABimP campaign would reach the heights of the D-Day Dice one, since we would be offering a lot less content (and less expensive, too)... However, the answer to your question is that you'll probably see an ABimP Kickstarter campaign at the end of winter, if all goes well.

And yes, we are looking into including 2 sets of location tiles, 1 thick for playing at home and 1 slim to fit into the included tuckbox.

As D-Day Dice took a bit more time to finish (and polish), I'd say we are looking at an April-May, maybe June Kickstarter for ABimP. I have to say my regular job is taking a lot of my free time, these days, so my game designing is a little slower than I'd like.

Yes, news. People like news. I always forget laugh

The ABimP KS campaign has been delayed a bit while we are waiting for D-Day Dice to arrive from the printer. We didn't feel comfortable asking people to pledge for a game while we hadn't yet delivered on the previous one.

So don't worry, the project is very much alive. I will start posting some teaser art and info soon, and you'll see that this will be a very neat little game.

Yep, I am looking forward to having a nice commercial version of the game myself. Once I get it in hand I plan on making some house rules to tie this game in with D-Day Dice. Something like, if you blow the bunker you will get a bonus as you storm the beeches, but if you don't it will be harder to get off the sand.

Anyway, I am saving money for this next campaign because I have had so much fun with the P&P version.

Oh, don't worry, there'll be an official scenario to link D-Day Dice and ABimP...
