I have a couple of questions about sea transport -

1. Can two fleets with cv 1 carry one land unit with cv 1? Or must each land unit block must be carried by one sea unit block? - I think the latter is true, but wanted to make sure I'm right.

2. Suppose I move a group of 3 blocks by sea - 2 fleets with cv 2 and 1 land unit with cv 1. If I face a risk of storm, must I decide before rolling which of the fleets carries the land unit, or do I resolve the storm for all fleets and then check whether there is still a fleet that can carry the land unit?

1. No, a 1cv fleet cannot carry a land unit. One fleet carries 1 land unit.
2. You must always specify which fleet carries each land unit (for the entire sea transport).
