Here's the situation:
I play a 3 ops card in order to place some PC markers. I place 2 in empty areas and flip one that contains one of my generals and some CUs.
Correct?

In fact, you don't even need the general(s), just the CUs.

Thanks for the quick response. I figured that was the case but I think the holidays are taking their toll. I was looking at the board and my eyes crossed.

Or if you were standing on 3 you could flip them all and not take any empty spaces...I think.
