Hi,
I sleeved all the cards and divided them into groups according to their letters.
The problem is that the cards never stay together.
Any suggestions?

What do you exactly mean with "The problem is that the cards never stay together."

By the way: What's the size of the cards in the revised edition and what sleeves do you use ?

The cards are the same size as the first edition from AEG. I used mayday green sleeves (63.5*88).
I separated the cards according to the letter that is printed on them.
I put the cards that match the original gameplay in the middle of the insert of the box. All the variant cards are at the bottom of the insert. I did it because the cards are sleeved and they take a lot of space.
When I stack the group of cards together, they never stay together and are mixed up.
The cards in space hulk: death angel box or arcana first edition are easy to organize compared to this box.

Hope I clarified things a bit.

I made a custom insert out of foamcore. Perhaps you can make something similar for yourself. My cards aren't sleeved, but there's plenty of space if I decide to.

I sleeved the cards too... what I do is to simply use rubber bands to hold the various sets of cards together. Easy. The guilds that I play less with, I 'hide' them under the side compartments.
