I have been on the fence for a while and were it for Pensyvania I would have already bought this map. But alas, NorCal looks a quite bad conversion to me.
The San Jose cities would get around 6 cubes by the end of a Age of Steam game but in Steam it's all up to the players, which don't have any incentive to do place their productions in the middle of the map. This doesn't look to hot to me.
Can someone who has played the map with Steam chime in?
