Anyone got a high res image of Twonky's program sheet? | RoboRally

I want to photoshop and have printed up a custom program sheet as a gift for someone but can't find a high resolution image to start from. My camera isn't up to the task and I don't have a scanner.

Any help would be hugely appreciated.

Will these suffice? Unfortunately the boards are slightly too large to fit on my scanner, so I took several. Hopefully you are able to piece together what you need if not one of them is sufficient enough alone.
