Just wanted to know in the standard game that you don't pay the additional $6 for the urbanization or $4 for the locomotive upgrade right?

You just pay the upgrade charges for locomotive I.e. say from 3-4 means $4.

Is there anything else we need to do for city growth, urbanization and locomotive upgrade different to the base game?

Thanks,
Madhu

You don't pay anything but what you payed in the auction.

There's no upgrade charge for Locomotive, when you take the action card your Loco is upgraded for free. However in the standard game you have to pay a maintenance fee at the end of each turn equal to your locomotive level, this makes the game very tight!

City Growth also doesn't cost anything to use in the standard game instead of 2$.

Hope that helps =D
