A.W.E.S.O.M.O. SAYS: SPACE EMPIRES:4X IS SO AWESOME !

is the following right: The Player with the lowest Empire Points ALWAYS gets the Conan Bonus Card, but with a successful bid in an Age Change Phase he can ALSO have an Artifact Card, thus both?

I take this also from:
http://boardgamegeek.com/thread/703377/bidding-for-artifacts -....However, it is possible for the last placed player (who always gets the "Conan Bid Bonus" card) to win an artifact. -

Thx for confirmation, we are just not sure about.
