So a couple of weeks back, I was replying to a post on Reddit asking for a review of this game. I did a quick review of it, gave my honest opinion, and at one point mentioned that I needed to get the box top replaced because mine got crunched in the mail from shipping, and the box is a work of art.

Well, not a few hours later, I received a reply from the designer thanking me for the review and asking me for my address to send me a new box top. What an awesome guy! I sent him my address, and he got back to me saying he'd ship one out post-haste and include an extra special surprise.

Awesome. New box top for what is quite possibly one of the best conversation piece games out there.

Received it tonight - the box was a little heavier than I expected, and when I opened it, it was a new, in-shrink full copy of War on Terror! Talk about going above and beyond! Additionally, there was a game called "Crunch" included which I'm going to try with my wife tonight and will review shortly thereafter.

Anyway, Just wanted to pop out a big "Thanks" to the designer. This isn't even doing customer service right - this is going above and beyond.
