Pushing a robot does not damage it, unless you have an option that says otherwise.

ah, so I misunderstood the rule book when it says: being rammed. It means the active wall pushers, no?

Robots take no damage from being pushed, whether that is by another bot, or an active wall pusher. Unless of course you are being pushed into another board element that would damage you.

If a robot pushes another robot, the pushed robot will only take damage if the pushing robot has the option Ramming Gear. In that case, it takes 1 in damage per time it is pushed. It does not take 1 damage per square it is pushed.
If a robot is pushed by a board element pusher, it does not take damage by the push. However, if it is pushed into, for example, a laser beam, it will take damage in the resolve laser phase which happens directly afterwards. (It's also possible that it's pushed into a crusher, and, as the crushers happen after the pushers, that will completely destroy the robot. But it's not damage by the push itself, only by any resulting effects.)

Pushing does no damage unless the pushing robot was the option Ramming Gear. Just like pushing a person with your hands does no damage to the person.
Another way for a robot to be damaged is to be pushed into a pit, but then it's the pit that does the damage (destroying the robot), not the push.
