As I (publisher of the German version) know that you're not the only one asking: Ask Z-man Games! Only they can decide if the game is worth a reprint. And if enough people ask they maybe do so.
Concerning a nearing OOP status an information for the German readers: The German version is also sold out from my side - so the copies you can get in the shops now are the last ones too ...

I asked Z-Man customer service the same question at the end of November 2011. Here is the response I got from salvatore@zmangames.com:
"Yes, and I am told sometime in the new year, assuming no changes or delays.

I emailed Z-Man in December and was informed there were no plans for a re-print.

I just emailed Zev about this again on Friday morning. Asking about a reprint on a couple titles, he responded: "Luna not likely at this time."
Luckily, one of the not so local FLGS in the area had a copy and held it for me until i could pick it up tonight.
