Hi,

on the accompanying sheet for the expansion, under Chiron it is written:

The Centaur still protects his island from Pegaus, Giants, and the Harpy, but he now also protects it against the Erinyes, Empusa and the sacrificial power of Perseus.


On the Chiron card, though, the symbol of the Manticore is also clearly visible. Does this mean that the new Chiron also protects from the Manticore?

There is Maticore in the game ? Or are you taking about the Chimera?
Any who, the last symbol looks like a human head so I think it represents Perseus ( even if the symbol on Perseus is the same with the Pegasus ).

Oh,I found the Manticore using google image.
Yes, you might be right. But the card is not in the extension so probably that's why the rules don't talk about it.
