My personal favorite combo is Harmony, Spirit, Sword fighting and Unarmed Combat. Start by sneaking with your low cards, then switch to strength when needed and deal devastating force, enough to take out even elites.

OK, now I'm intrigued. Would someone who voted tiger+snake like to elaborate on their choice? Aren't you essentially buying two completely unrelated skill sets with very little synergy? Unless you just get espionage/spirit from one of them, I don't see how they would work well together, and did not expect to see this option as a clear leader.

Tactics adds another card to your hand. Combined with Harmony/Unarmed Combat (and if I can get my hands on it, Spirit) it'll become difficult to fail an attack
