Per 8.2.1.2.1.5 : A Major Power cannot conduct any trade.

What happens if London is occupied ? No one can trade ? Just England does not receive his trade amount ?

Does England receive his Americen trade value ?

If London's occupied, Great Britain can't trade. So the only trade any player can conduct is trade with America per the rule. All of the domestic trade must involve Great Britain, who can't trade at all.

If London is occupied by unbesieged enemy forces, Britain does not get to collect any income at all, so no American trade for Britain either.

(in these cases, continuing a war depends on living on saved money, or getting money from an ally)
