The English rules for the Scroll of unity are kind of oddly translated and I would like some people's help in deciphering exactly how to use it.
the rules unclearly state:
"Scroll of Unity
During his Yang Phase, after moving, a player can discard the Scroll of Unity to place all other living Taoists on the same tile as his own Taoist. Each monk at his turn must choose if he will came and if he will take a villager with him."

Does this mean that all other players are instantly transported to the active player's location or do the other players have to wait until their turn is active in order to transport to that location?

I feel that they can be instantly transported. What do you guys think?

My copy of the rules say "Each monk in turn", not "Each monk at his turn". This may further be clarified by reading the original French: "Chaque moine dans l'ordre du tour" (meaning "in turn order.")

Unfortunately some rules aren't exist in german rule book, too or have mistakes. So it is helpful to read the englisch and/or french rule book.

Do exist different versions of the rules? My copy says the same as Trevins rules.

I did a direct quote from my rules. If there was an updated rule set with corrections, I would love it. The most recent set of rules available from the publisher's website has the same text as my above post.

Interesting — I downloaded the rules from the web site to compare, and while they don't show a version number (in the text) or release date, they do have a copyright date which differs between the online edition and the printed one I have.

For White Moon, the online rules say "© 2008-2009 REPOS PRODUCTION". My printed copy says "© 2008-2010 REPOS PRODUCTION".

For the base Ghost Stories game, the online rules say "© REPOS PRODUCTION 2008-2009." My printed copy says "© REPOS PRODUCTION 2008-2010."

Mind you, I got my games just last month so I'd expect the rules I have to be the most recent in print; but I also expected the online copies to be up to date as well.

I would have to look long and hard to find any other differences in the texts like the one you pointed out.

I bought my copy of the game less than 2 weeks ago. Bummer that I got some old rules.
