Just over six weeks ago I was looking around on FFG's website and saw they were re-releasing Fortress America. I was pretty excited with the appearance of the game and its components. I read a paragraph of story fluff and was surprised the USA was the bad guy, as they are generally portrayed as the opposite, but I didn't care and couldn't wait for the games 2012 release.
Now fast forward to the new year. I go to FFG's website to check for an exact release date and see the story fluff is changed. The USA is no longer the bad guys, now they're just jerks. I looked in the FFG forums and realized a bunch of people bitched and complained until FFG caved in and changed the story. I couldn't beleive it.
The United States was the bad guy in a game and people just couldn't let it go. I read some of the posts in the FFG forum and couldn't believe my eyes. People were threatening to boycott all FFG products just because the USA was the fictional villian in a GAME! I'm pretty sure the arabs weren't stoked when GMT released "Labyrinth: The War on Terror" but everyone's fine with that. I'm Canadian and I would love to play a game where Canada is the villian(say that out loud haha). I know all Americans aren't cry babies. Actually, most Americans aren't cry babies but I just don't understand the mentality of the few who are cry babies. It's just a game!!

Wah wah wah....

Dude, this was discussed like six weeks ago when it came out, and the story was changed like a day after it was posted.

It's old news.

*Logically*, you should be able to "unbeat to alive" something, since IF it is the 'direct opposite' for their 'demise' being instituted... whistle

There should be a horse-ghost or horse-angel above the actual dead horse with maybe a though bubble instead of a speech bubble.

Simple, silly! Since the 'ventriloquist' within the "Nasty Knoll" in the background is doing thus! robot

That is because the part about the US annihilating Canada was meant for the sequel.
