When you play your outpost card, you get an extra turn.
Do you get that extra turn immediately after your normal turn (the turn you used to play the outpost card) or do you have to wait until all other players have played their turn and then you play your outpost turn, immediately followed with your normal turn?

So question in short: Normal turn + outpost turn and then the other players? OR Normal turn, other players, then outpost turn?
