Where the card reads "Each player gets +1 (+3) Cards", does that mean "Each player draws +1 (+3) Cards"
I'm just wondering about the use of the word 'gets' & if I'm missing anything

Not having seem the actual rules for this card yet, I'm still faily certain it's the same as "draws 1 (3) cards".

It just says "gets" in order to use "+ cards." Each other player draws a card, you draw 3 cards (and the reason it doesn't spell it out like that is to fit all the text on the card).

Makes sense to me. Don't forget that the cards like Smithy only say "+3 Cards" not "Draw +3 Cards". "+3 Cards" means to draw 3 cards. The Governor text is just saying that the player gets that ability.

Saying "Each player draws +1 (+3) Cards" would be the same as saying "Each player draws draw 1 (draw 3) cards", which would be a little redundant. Kind of like the restaurant "The La Trattoria" in the film "Mickey Blue Eyes", which means "The The Trattoria".

Don#'t worry, we're used to redundancy over here. There is a place called Torpenhow Hill -which means Hillhillhill Hill
