By Golly was a surprise stocking filler hit this Christmas. Literally small enough to wrap and pack in a football sock, but big enough to put smiles on family faces. The box is smaller than other Zoch games and features half size cards with pretty animal pictures on.

It's a memory game, similar to card memory games you've played before, but with a couple of neat twists. The animal cards on the table will match the animal cards you have in your hand. Find a match to get rid of your cards and the first player to discard them all wins, simple!

Twist one, you have a draw deck similar to Dominion and on your turn you only play with 5 cards, this stops a player running too wild with matches.

Twist two, there is poo on the table. Find poo and you need to find a shovel. If you don't, you will gain cards from other players. As consolation, you can shuffle any cards you've already up turned, so frazzling other players perception of where things are.

This is great for kids and adults alike. Everyone pays attention to everyone else's turn. Ooh's and ahhs echo around the room as confidence turns to disappointment when certain matches can literally turn to poo. Couple this with ripples round the table of "I know where it is", when a player tentatively goes for a match and you have a fun packed 15 minutes of giggles.

A game that can be taught in minutes, played by all ages and just as importantly, be won without prompting by young and old alike, makes for a sure fire family filler hit!
