Once again its my bad luck to be missing pieces. In my game i have 2 brother guys, 2 dwarfs and 2 male rangers. I dont have any other figures. This cannot be right any ideas?

Contact FFG with this form, they're well-known for good customer service and should send you replacement minis rather quickly. They're currently restructuring, so it might take a few days until they get back to you.

Yeah, contact FFG to get the figs your missing.
And expect to be popular now. I'm sure you'll get some folks messaging you to ask what you want for those figs so they can use them in Runebound, Descent, Runewars, etc.

Did you get your replacement pieces?
I just opened mine copy I got 2 of the Brother Gherinn and no Hugo the Glorious. 
I've contacted FFG through their website.
