I don't have the newest edition of The Bottle Imp so I don't know if it comes with a little wooden bottle like previous editions did.
The previous versions' little wooden bottle was a nice part of the game, as it conveniently kept track of the current price of the bottle. I don't know what keeps track of the price in the new Z-Man Games version, but if you want a tangible bottle to play with, I would recommend acquiring the Imp Bottle magic trick.
It's cheap (you can get it for around three US dollars) and it's available at amazon.com or your local magic store.
It's a little smaller than the original wooden bottle, but it's very similar in shape. It's also a simple magic trick with a bottle imp as its premise, so you can experience Robert Louis Stevenson's story in yet another way.
(Just letting people know, in case they miss the little wooden bottle.)
By the way, would anyone let me know what keeps track of the current price of the bottle in the new Z-Man Games version? Thanks.

The Z-Man version includes a bottle card (i.e., a card with a picture of the bottle), that you can place offset or perpendicular over the card with the most recent price.
I have a small glass bottle-looking vase I picked up from Goodwill for 50 cents. I have seen the same little bottle at Wal-Mart or Target or Hobby Lobby or somesuch. However, that doesn't fit in the box, so I only use it at home.
I once received a tiny sample-size glass bottle of Tabasco with an airplane or hotel meal. The bottle label was just shrinky-dink plastic so it just peeled right off. That bottle fits perfectly under the box insert, so that's what I use when playing away from home. The only asthetic quibble with the tiny bottle is that it has a screw top. (I threw out the red cap.)

I use the Tabasco bottle as well. Works great, but I never get to play this. Think someone posted a picture as well.
