I am the British and have control of Montreal with an army there. The turn (year) just finished with an American PC in Quebec. The American also has Falmouth under his control. There is no American army in either Quebec or Falmouth. Is the PC in Quebec isolated by the British control/presence in Montreal?

That's a good question. My guess would be no, but I would wait on official word.

Official word:
The Falmouth - Quebec connection: For political isolation purposes there is no connection between the spaces. The spaces are adjacent for Arnold only, and only for the purpose of movement, interception, and retreat.

That errata should probably remove the work 'isolation' because does it not apply for all PC actions? If the Americans own Falmouth they cannot flip/ remove the Quebec PC.

My point was, Quebec is isolated if under American control and Montreal is under British control. Quebec, under American control, cannot trace to Falmouth (even if under American control and with an American army there). The PC in Quebec is isolated and removed. It cannot trace to an open space in New England via the Quebec-Falmouth pass.
