I ask this because, just two or three months ago I purchased Graf, Konig und Consort. I figured since it was released in 2008 and hadn't been released yet as a standalone expansion in the US or Netherlands, it would be safe to say it will never happen anymore.

And guess what, a dutch version will be released this Spring! Four years later!!

So, I just don't wanna double dip again, and also like to have my collection in (mainly) one language....

Probably not. The Dutch company probably released GK&C because it was originally a HiG release. CCP&T is a Rio Grande release and HiG isn't going to follow suit since the mini expansions have already been available in Germany. Also, the new Carcassonne Minis collection releasing soon by HiG will include Corn Circles, further lessening the chance that this expansion will release in Netherlands. I'd suggest buying the Spielbox issues for those two expansions.

On the other side of things, I expect that RGG will finally release GK&C as an English standalone sometime soon as it seems Jay is interested in releasing the mini expansions in compilations now. It has already appeared once in the Big Box 2, but that was a direct German import.
