6) What is your favorite video game console? - hm, so far I only played on PC...7) What is your favorite video game genre? - fantasy as setting for sure, Role-playing / Action Role-playing, turn based strategy, and hack-and-slash.

It is what makes that thread so great, and you exemplify it very well! Now some questions for you: What are your favorite Board games, Video games and RPG? - Christ asked me this too, but I think I'll give a different answer just to include more of my favourite board games. So board games: Middle-Earth Quest, Lord of the Rings Trivia Game, Yggdrasil, Ticket to Ride: Nordic Countries, Thurn and Taxis; RPG - currently D&D 4e, yes, blasphemous 4e However, I'm in The One Ring PbF now, so when I get familiar with the system it has all the chances to become number 1 for such a ME geek as I am video game - Baldur, Fable, Diablo, Enclave...oh, and Heroes of course! What is your favorite contribution that you have made to the site? - on the fun side - this geeklist probably Hobbit birthday: virtual mathom giveaway! :) on the serious side - I did cards translation for MEQ and Summoner Wars (eng->rus), and translated huuuuuge rulebook and tutorial for Age of Sovereigns (rus->eng). What is your favorite part of the site? - FTL And as I like to chat a lot, I frequent the Tavern and Arcadia. Oh, and the "funny pictures" threads (LOTR, Doctor, Star Wars, Star Trek). Can you share a strange or funny gaming experience with us? - oh, we have so many funny things to quote, the problem is the fun is lost in translation. However, here are two episodes that easily came to mind:Our local meme in Battlestar Galactica: While explaining the rules of loyalties I usually say "Once a Cylon - always a Cylon". Then once we started a 5-player game, but the player who was the Admiral was a bit drunk and somewhere in the 1/3 of the play felt he could take it no longer and went to sleep. Since the 4-player variant has a sympathizer, we had to change all the loyalties and our Cylon turned human for the second draw. Thus we got the phrase "Once a Cylon - always a Cylon, unless the admiral gets drunk".Guessing the monk in The Name of the Rose: There were 6 people (2 played for 1 monk), the monk cards were just delivered. Then one of the guys (Artie) wanted to go to the kitchen to make some tea and promptly asked us not to peep into his card. To which his sister said smth like "As if I need to, I know you're Blue Monk!" As the guess was completely ramdom, we all laughed, but Artie decided to check just in case. And whoa - his monk was really blue! After a joke about mind reading we re-delivered the monks, and I just couldn't help going on with it - you're white! - and white he was! The third re-delivery - and my husband guesses Artie is orange! After a bit of cursing on his side we decided not to spoil the game any more and stop guessing, so we got our monks once again and started playing. "He's grey", I thought from the very start, but kept silent, and I actually believed the 4th time would be impossible to guess. And guess which monk he turned out? Have a great week!
Thanks for your questions!
