I just purchased this expansion and clash of kings from a friend for a total of $40. I was going through and making sure everything was there when I noticed I was short 2 cards per the component breakdown in the rules for this expansion: one tactic card for Tyrell and and one for Martell ( a total of six for each, instead of 7 as listed). Is this a typo in the book? I thought it strange that both were 6, and I know FFG is notorious for misprints.
Any info would be appreciated!

The seventh card is only needed for the 4 player board in SoS of which neither Martell or Tyrell participate as playable houses - hence the additional card is not needed.

Can someone also itemize the names of the 5 Wilding Cards? These are mixed in with his base game, so I wanna make sure I get the right ones.

There are no Wildling cards in the first edition base game.
If you're talking about second edition - here are all the cards from it:

All wildling cards you now own should belong to the ASOS box. How many do you have?

None. They were mixed in with his base game, so that I never got them. I am popping by to pick them up on Thurs. Also, if there were no Wilding cards, why does it say to add these to the base game cards in the guide? Weird. Either way, this makes it easier. Thanks!

Page 3 of the ASOS rules (component descriptions) says:
Quote: Wildling Cards These cards may be used with the original game to vary the effects of a Wildling Attack.
Page 9 of the rules says:
Quote: Option 5: The Wildling Cards This expansion includes five Wildling Cards, which may be used with the original A GAME OF THRONES board to vary the effects of the Wildling Attack Westeros Card. To use the Wildling Cards, simply shuffle them and place them facedown near the Westeros Cards during setup.
Nowhere in the rulebook does it say they're added to any base game deck.

Cookie, not candy. And my fiance's family is from Jerusalem. I just need a street address

Thanks though, this wasn't clear to me in the rules, and, as I do not have the components in total, I had no way of knowing.

Since the ASOS board doesn't incorporate the Wildling threat (it's replaced by weather effects), and since the 2nd Edition has its own larger set of Wildling cards (which cannot be inter-mixed with the 1st Edition ASOS Wildling cards anyway), I don't think it really matters whether or not you get them. Unless you are a completionist, or simply want a complete set for eventual selling/trading.
That said, I'm a completionist, and I would want the cards.
