I don't know if this is of any use to anyone else looking to get hold of this card, but I sent off the form for my copy along with copies of the form to get copies of Arkham Horror: Oliver Grayson (Ally), Android: "We're tracking you in free fall" and Android: "A Golem, To Use the Vernacular" around the 8th of January, and they arrived today. Rather than sending a cheque or money order, I simply enclosed $3 in cash, along with a covering letter explaining my reasoning behind sending cash. All four arrived together in a single envelope with no note, but given that the estimated turnaround detailed on the form for each is considerably longer than the 3 weeks it actually took, I'm very happy with how things worked out.

Good idea - I sent cash in $ too. Changing a few £s at the post office is a lot cheaper than buying an international money order in the UK.
