Hi guys,

Im hoping to get this expansion and the Altar of Despair expansion soon.

Question is, is it ok to mix in the skill cards and the treasure cards with the original when playing the original quests from the base game?

Thanks

It is how we have always done it. Only time only certain things are used are in the campaigns. Otherwise combine away!

Yes. Additionally, the Overlord should also mix in the non-Treachery Spawn cards into his deck, even for those starting quests.

In fact, the Altar of Despair rules even discuss how to use the Treachery cards with the original quests.

All that is said is correct. I'd like to add that all cards of the expansions have a tiny symbol that helps to identify from which box that card originates. That's for those geeks that like to sort things out after a gaming session (as I do...).

Cheers,

Olav
