Cleopatra: The rules say exchange a commodity card for a tax card or vise versa, during the Construction phase (Bauphase), but the card says during the Commerce phase (Handelsphase).

Is that an error on the card? I assume the rules are correct.



I looked for an answer in previous posts and FAQ but couldn't find anything on it.

That does look like an error. The English version says Construction.
