Was there ever any Errata published for the original SPI version?

If there was I would sure take it.I looked in both boxed triligy editions and the Folio & small Zpack and nothing.
Sauron did have a errata page

I don't recall any major issues with the game, nor in Sauron. On the other hand, all of my opponents were both rational and Tolkienistas, so we resolved problems easily.

The things I ran into were all minor clarifications if I recall, like, for example: what is the anti personnel range of the catapult (both 2 and 4 hexes are mentioned depending on which rules section you're looking at). Then there was another question about whether it is legal to acquire an enemy catapult.

Max range of the Catapult is 4 when firing at a Wall hex.
When firing in the Anti-Personnel role the max range is only 2 (Yes 2 seperate ranges for 2 seprate roles)
For capturing a catapult I always assumed No.I'm sure SPI would have had the backside in the enemy color like they did in their Thirty Years War quad for capturing enemy artillery.

The standard rules booklet lists the catapult anti-personnel range as 4, whereas the Gondor rules list it as 2. We played it as range 2 but a clarification/reason would be helpful.
We also played that you cannot use enemy siege equipment.
