So I just found out that this expansion exists, and I'm pretty geeked about it! Catacombs has become a staple for our weekly game group. It sounds like this will be a small expansion (larger than Dark Passageways but smaller than Caverns of Soloth). From the description it sounds like a new class of monsters and little else (no new boards or heroes).

The new vermin family of monsters sounds like it is made up of smaller discs, which is new (for the Overseer anyhow). This sounds pretty cool, but of course I'm interested in MOAR STUFF for Catacombs.

So, to anyone who is In The Know:

- Any idea what the price point will be? It sounds like a $20 expansion to me (I say with no idea about the final component list or production costs).

- Are there any plans in the works for any new boards? I can see this being a pain, because people who own everything will want all of their monsters to be represented on the new boards, which people who happen to own only the base game + new boards would be excluded from using at least some of the cards.
