We played this for the first time last night. We really liked it, but we used our interpretation on a few points and I would love some clarification on our confusion. Some may have been asked so I apologize.
1. can you double stack a shuriken? Go twice to get a skill or rumor, etc...?
2. when picking dojo cards... if your picking multiple cards... can you pick one at a time off the unseen pile, helping yourself one at a time decide to keep picking unseen cards or the face up cards. (i said no, but...)
3. when buying a card that has say a 1-treasure and a 2-treasure, can you use 3 of the same treasure or does it have to be 1 of one kind and 2 of another? b/c isn't the cards that say 1-2, or 1-4, cards that allow you to play one of all the same or different treasures. (or do those have to be the same).
really enjoyed the game, thanks for any answers you can provide

1) You can take the same action more than once. But only one shuriken per turn.
2) Yes, you can take one at a time.
3) The two sets of treasures may be different or the same; either are legal.

1. Yes, multi-stacking is allowed. This is hit on in the rules concerning the Dojo a bit.
2.Actually, I think this is allowed. The main thing you're not allowed to do is pick one, replace it, pick another, etc. (think Ticket to Ride). The Face up cards aren't replaced until after you've picked.
3.Yes. Think of it as "Two of a kind plus one of a kind." There's no reason both sets can't be the same treasure.
Hope this helps.

Yes. At the top left of page 8, in the box titled 'Bribing Envoys'. It says:
Other envoys may take various kinds of treasure and thus score varying honor. For example, an envoy might require 1 of any treasure plus 3 of any treasure of the same kind. You could bribe this envoy with 1 vase and 3 jade (19 honor), or 4 fans (8 honor), or 1 scroll and 3 vases (15 honor), etc.
