I have been feeling like including the Harbor Master card into all my games of SoC, even when playing just the base game. Just wondering if you only include it sparingly or if it is now part of your regular Catan gaming sessions.

I don't use it regularly, but I'm open to the idea. I always use the Harbor Master when playing with the rivers. That gives incentives for concentrating on the interior as well as the coast.

We just throw it in once in a while. Before the game we usually take a quick vote for something like that or the friendly robber.

I keep the tile in my base Settler's box and, as far as I can remember, have used it in every (otherwise base only) game since buying Traders & Barbarians.
