I have seen a previous post on this topic, but I was wondering about the exact timing of things:
A hero may pick up a First Aid Kit that was just used by another hero, but he may not use it that 'same turn.' Therefore, could the hero who picked up the First Aid Kit use it on the zombie's next turn, or must he wait through the zombie turn until the next overall hero turn?
I guess this would apply to any item or event card as well.
In the post I saw one person suggested that the heroes must wait until the next hero turn, but in Jason Hill's response it merely says the 'same turn.'

They can use it on the Zombies turn. It can't be used twice on the "same turn".
