I don't have the equipment to make them, how can I get the set.

I'm afraid the only way to get these made is to print them out and cut them to card size. While I've been given permission to make a print and play expansion, actually paying money to print or buy the cards would be a violation of copyright.
Sorry!

So is there any way to print them with out buying a higher end printer, I would think that using my cheap $100 printer would not produce a matching card.
I also think that getting the size right by cutting them your self would be hard and I would have to sleeve all the cards, which is a lot of sleeves due to the fact that I have every set.

If you don't want to sleeve all the cards, you can just sleeve Copper, Silver, Gold, Estate, Duchy and Provinces and 10 sets of 10 cards. Each time you play a new game with different kingdom cards, each player must sleeve each card he/she buys, removing the sleeve from a set not used in this play. It is easy, and you don't need so many sleeves.

Yeah, you are unlikely to get die cut matching quality by hand and even with a high-end printer, the colors might not match exactly. We just live with it, but card sleeves might be your best option.

I don't think I would be good enough to cut the cards right, I will think about this some more before I give up

If you sleeve them as I said, you can put the printed cards in a sleeve with a card from base set such as copper. That way you don't need to cut them extremely right.

1. What you do is print them on a normal piece of paper.
2. Then you laminate them, its very cheap, or chances are you have a lamenting machine at work. 3. Then you pick up your "blank cards" that came with the game. 4. Cut out the laminated card with a paper cutter, or sizzors if you have a steady hand. 5. Finally, you super glue or whatever the laminated card on the blank card.
Done!
