I read on a german page that the former title of the new expansion was "Crime".
Looking at the descriptions of most of the black cards, "Crime" would make more sense than the generic "Cities".
What's the idea behind calling it "Cities"?

IIRC, "Crime" was found to be too dark for a light-hearted game that tries to appeal to the general public. "Cities", with an emphasis on the problems connected with city life, sounded auspicious enough (when you know what it's about) without sounding too negative.

Thanks for teaching me the original name - it does make more sense, given the material we've seen so far. I'll definitely use that info when introducing the expansion!

My thoughts exactly - Cities is really a poor name for this expansion given what I've seen.
